Penilaian Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Berdasarkan Analisis Rasio Keuangan dan Economic Value Added (Eva) (Studi pada PT. Trikomsel Oke, Tbk dan PT. Matahari Department Store, Tbk Yangterdaftar di Bei Periode 2009-2011)

The main objective of company is to maximize the profit to make company operational sustainable. Company does not only take the responsibility to owner and employees, but also to stockholder. Performance assessment is measured based on profit-loss statement and balance sheet with ratio analysis. However, the ratio analysis does not reflect the entire data whether the company adds value to company in the certain year. The measurement of value added in the company is using Economic Value Added (EVA) Method.Based on the result of research financial performance assessment with financial ratio, it is shown that financial performance in 2009-2011 at PT. Trikomsel Oke, Tbk and PT. Matahari Department Store, Tbk is usually fluctuated. The assessment of financial performance at PT. Trikomsel Oke, Tbk using Economic Value Added (EVA) indicates that the company has good performance with positive EVA and therefore, this creates value for company. PT. Matahari Department Store, Tbk, has relatively good, in period 2009 has negative EVA and in period 2010-2011 positive EVA. In general, it is concluded that besides financial ratio analysis, Economic Value Added (EVA) is an effective method to assess company financial performance.
